2. Eligibility

4. Kryptium Kredits

The Services may include Kryptium Kredits ("Kredits"), which are a digital token system used within our platform. By using Kredits, you agree that:

• Kredits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
• Kredits can only be used for designated purposes within the Services
• We maintain full discretion over the management and operation of the Kredits system
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Kredits system at any time
• Unauthorized attempts to manipulate the Kredits system may result in account suspension

5. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Use the Services for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Services
• Engage in harassing, abusive, or harmful behavior toward other users
• Post or share content that is illegal, offensive, or inappropriate
• Attempt to manipulate community features or rankings
• Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to access the Services

6. User Content

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KRYPTIUM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.
